The Maiergrill - fascinatingly unique
The Maiergrill is our own development and completely smoke-free. Its far more than a barbecue and is used as part of our event catering concept and can also be hired together with the ready-marinated barbecues. A normal 230 volt socket is sufficient.

The fully automatic spit grill guarantees consistent gourmet quality
Insert the skewer and after around 7 minutes it is automatically placed in the warming zone. The speed is set to the second so that everything from small chicken skewers weighing 80 g to gypsy skewers with 250 g of the most tender beef is grilled to perfection. All grilled meats are placed on a 30 cm long and 6 mm thick beechwood skewer. Most of the barbecue skewers in our range are loaded with 160g. If this is cut in half, two starter portions are created.
Three models to choose from
From 80 to 200 barbecue skewers per hour. If the party is only accessible via stairs, we recommend the Maiergrill Rondo, which with its 50 kg can be carried comfortably by two people.

A normal 230 volt power connection is sufficient
As the heat source is supplied with propane gas, the Maier grill can also be used in places where there is no actual kitchen infrastructure. Around 200 watts are sufficient for the lighting and transport mechanism.
