Our functions in the team

The work of an event caterer is extremely complex and requires clear organization. Our processes are standardized and documented in training manuals to ensure uniform quality. Our unique event catering system is based on the following functions, which are covered by both our permanent employees and our freelancers. Manuals and internal training modules are used to prepare each team member for their next promotion step.
Service Crew

The service crew member usually starts work directly at the venue around 30 minutes before the guests arrive and usually finishes after the dessert has been served.
Event Assistant

Event Assistant

The event assistant is the right arm of the event manager and takes responsibility for certain areas. He starts at the Maiergrill location and loads our vehicle together with the Event Manager.

Event Manager

The Event Manager is the boss on site and has overall responsibility for the event. He has been through all our event functions himself and therefore has a wealth of catering experience combined with proven leadership skills.
