Thanks to the 'Maiergrill smokeless effect', for the first time you can hold a barbecue event indoors, even in the cold season. The most important reasons on which our fascinating innovation is based are:
1 - Vertical arrangement of the heat source
This
the juice cannot drip into the fire. This is the number one reason why the classic grill produces smoke. With the Maiergrill, only the enticing smell of the finest grilled food, spices and herbs is produced.
2 - Touchless grilling process
The grill dishes are placed on 30 cm long beechwood skewers and have no contact with the hot parts of the grill during the entire grilling process, which prevents incrustations and residues.
3 - Grilled food moves
The skewers rotate during the entire cooking cycle, which prevents 'burning'.
4 - Low-emission Heat sources
Propane gas
burns almost residue-free and the electric version has no emissions at all.

Thanks to the 'Maiergrill smoke-free effect', we organize barbecue experiences in a wide variety of spaces: from the dome of the Bundeshaus in Bern, the museum with expensive paintings, the chic meeting room of a private bank, the ship to the windowless igloo, we have already done pretty much everything.
